Dr. Daniel W. Alexander has been in active practice in southern Maryland for over 12 years. He is originally from Keyport, NJ. Dr. Alexander is a 1993 graduate of Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. with a B.S. in biology. He then received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1997 from Life University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Alexander did his Internship in Farkas Health Center in St. Petersburg, FL. After completion of his state board, he moved to southern MD.
Alexander Chiropractic Center has been open in southern MD since April 2000.
Dr. Alexander is an active member of the ACA (American Chiropractic Association), ICA (International Chiropractic Association) and MCA (Maryland Chiropractic Association). He is also an active member of the St. Mary’s Chamber of Commerce (2009 small business of the year), and Calvert Chamber of Commerce (2008 small business of the year) and a sponsor of numerous sports teams, schools, clubs and scholastic scholarships.
Alexander Chiropractic Center has held its Kids Day event on the 3rd Saturday of May for the past 10 years. This event has been recognized by the St. Mary’s and Calvert County Commissioners , Senator Roy Dyson, and U.S. representative Steny Hoyer.
